Located in Chicago’s Fulton Market district, 1325 West Fulton Street is envisioned as a mixed-use development that strengthens the evolving character of the neighborhood. The project introduces a pair of residential towers positioned above an activated podium that integrates retail, public space, and pedestrian circulation. By carefully balancing density with openness, the development aims to contribute to the district’s continued transformation into a vibrant urban destination.

The architectural language draws inspiration from the historic industrial fabric that defines Fulton Market. A warm masonry façade and deep arched openings reinterpret traditional warehouse architecture while creating a contemporary identity for the building. The articulated façade introduces rhythm, depth, and shadow, giving the towers a strong presence within the skyline while maintaining a human-scaled experience at street level.
Landscape and public space play an important role in shaping the project’s experience. Outdoor terraces, a landscaped pool deck, and pedestrian-friendly ground-level spaces encourage interaction and provide moments of retreat within the dense urban environment. Together, the architecture and landscape create a layered environment that supports both city life and residential comfort.
